The two are heard yelling at one other, while other female MPs attempt to separate them in vain.
One of the MPs attempting to separate the two is then heard asking for assistance from other politicians who were watching from a distance.
Another is heard requesting onlookers to stop filming the two MPs fighting.
The Sargent-at-Arms then steps in to save the day, successfully separating the battling MPs.
Despite being apart, they continue to trash each other.
Umulkheir described the situation as unfortunate in a statement released following the altercation, and she expressed her heartfelt apologies.
The nominated MP stated that she had also reported the matter to the appropriate authorities.
“Today, an unfortunate incident occurred on the parliamentary grounds—a situation I deeply regret both as a Member of Parliament and as a mother.
“I have made a complaint on the assault with the necessary institutions,” her statement reads in part.
