WILLIS AYIEKO: Prime Suspect In The Wells Fargo HR Manager’s Murder Arrested
A suspect in the gruesome murder of Willis Ayieko, a Human Resource Manager at Wells Fargo Company, has been arrested.
On Tuesday morning, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) identified Victor Ouma Okoth as the main suspect in the heinous act.
On Monday night, detectives said Ouma was flushed out of his hideout in Nairobi’s Dandora Phase IV.
The suspect, who is currently detained at Muthaiga Police Station, is said to have rented a house with the proceeds of the crime.

“The suspect was placed at the scene of crime through forensic analysis, in the forensic-led investigation being conducted by a joint team of DCI’s Homicide, CRIB and Operations detectives,” the DCI stated.

Detectives also stated that additional investigations are underway to identify Ouma’s accomplices. Ayieko’s body was discovered on Wednesday near a stream in the Nyamninia sub-location of Gem Yala, Siaya County.
He reportedly went missing on Friday, October 18, 2024, after attending a burial at the North Gem location.
On Tuesday, October 22, his vehicle was discovered abandoned near a petrol station in Sabatia, Vihiga County.
