MP Kimani Kuria Responds To Ndindi Nyoro’s Removal From The Budget Committee
Molo Kuria Kimani, a Member of Parliament, has responded to speculations that he is preparing to replace Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro as the chairman of the National Assembly’s Budget and Appropriations Committee.
According to rumors, Ndindi Nyoro would be removed from his job as President William Ruto continues to purge loyalists of former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
On Tuesday, November 19, The Nation reported that the MP is set to replace Nyoro.

In response, Kimani stated that he had not yet received notification about the modifications, but that he was prepared if they were implemented.
“Government organizes itself how they want. That proposal has not come. It will have to come through a select committee of Parliament, something that has not happened,” the MP said.
He did, however, confess that if the contact came, he would gladly accept the role since he is willing to serve Kenyans in any position.
“I am always at the service of Kenyans wherever way, whichever committee I need to serve, whether it is finance, transport, energy,” the MP said.
“I am always available for services to the people of Molo and the people of Kenya in whichever capacity that I am given a chance to serve.”

Senators present on the House floor voted in favor of Senator Wahome replacing Senator Kinyua in committee leadership.
Since his impeachment, former DP Rigathi Gachagua’s friends have been sacked from various posts. The former DP, for his part, raised an alarm with his security, disclosing that he was being followed.
