Nandi Senator Samson Cherargei on Sunday, March 30, provided an update on the ill Mosop Constituency Member of Parliament Abraham Kirwa.

Cherargei disclosed on social media that he had visited MP Kirwa at his home in Dallas, United States, and that he was doing well.

He stated that the MP would return to the country to serve his constituents in a few months.

“I had an opportunity to pray and break bread with Hon. Abraham Kirwa Mp Mosop constituency and his family as he recuperates back to full health in Dallas, USA,” he stated.

“Mweshimiwa Kirwa is on his way to full recovery, in high spirits, and in a couple of months he shall be back to discharge his normal  duties to the great people of Mosop constituency, Nandi county.”

He concluded his remarks by thanking Mosop residents and Kenyans in general for their prayers, support, and messages of goodwill to the MP.

Cherargei’s visit comes barely a week after recently appointed Basic Education Principal Secretary Julius Bitok paid the MP a visit during a duty tour in the United States on March 27.

Bitok took to social media to say that the MP was making a steady recovery.
