SHA Provides Official Contacts, Social Media Accounts

The Social Health Authority (SHA) has cautioned Kenyans to avoid communicating with unapproved connections and social media pages.

SHA issued the warning while also publicizing all official contact information, emails, and service locations for citizens to access the Authority.

“The Social Health Authority (SHA) advises the public to use the following contacts for all inquiries and services,” SHA noted.

“Please beware of unofficial contacts and pages,” SHA further warned.

Kenyans can contact SHA via email for general inquiries, customer service, complaints, fraud reporting, and ICT help.

Kenyans can contact info@sha.go.ke with any general inquiries. Customer support requests should be forwarded to customerservice@sha.go.ke, and complaints to complaints@sha.go.ke.

Those desiring to report fraudulent actions at SHA should email fraud@sha.go.ke, while ICT support inquiries should be directed to helpdesk@sha.go.ke.

Kenyans were also notified that they may contact SHA in three ways: through a toll-free number, the main line, or SMS. The toll-free number is 0800 720 601, or 147.

Those who prefer to visit the SHA offices can obtain services at any branch office or Huduma center across the country.

The Authority also informed Kenyans about its presence on social media sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.

The Authority indicated that Kenyans might contact SHA via the first four networks listed above at @SocialHealthAuthority.
