Adani Whistleblower Exposes Another Scandal Involving Kenya-U.S
Nelson Amenya, the whistleblower who broke the contentious Adani agreement, is back with another startling exposĂ©, this time about the government’s purported arrangement with the United States.
On Tuesday, December 2, Amenya said that the Kenyan government was planning to sign a 25-year health security agreement with President Donald Trump’s administration.
According to Amenya, the pact will give the US government real-time access to all Kenyan health records.
“It will give the US government real-time access to all Kenyan health records, including your HIV status, TB treatment, your children’s vaccination records – everything,” Amenya alleged.

President Ruto is about to sign away Kenya's health data sovereignty through a fundamentally unconstitutional agreement with the US Government.

He alleged that under the proposed deal, illness specimens collected from Kenyan patients will be shared with approximately 10 US pharmaceutical corporations.
Amenya also emphasized a provision in the agreement that stated it would be governed by US federal law.
Amenya alleges that this clause limits the application of Kenyan laws in the event of a data breach.
“Your data protection rights simply don’t exist under this agreement. The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner becomes completely powerless to protect you,” he added.
While describing the claimed agreement as unconstitutional, he stated that it violates the Kenya Data Protection Act, the Health Act, and the Digital Health Act.
He stated that Trump’s administration would have 24-hour system access to Kenya’s national health databases and the authority to conduct random audits of 5% of health institutions at their discretion.

Likewise, the US will get free and fast access to disease specimens from the country for vaccine development, with zero guaranteed benefits for Kenya for the next 25 years.
“We are talking about the medical privacy of 50+ million Kenyans being handed over to a foreign government under foreign law,” he commented.
Amenya also sensationally claimed that should President Ruto’s administration decline to comply with the agreement, then Kenya would be subjected to heavy funding cuts.
