Nakuru Man Dies After Being Slapped In A Circumcision Session
Police are investigating an incident in which a man fell and died after being slapped during an altercation in the Temoyetta district of Nakuru County.
Police stated a group was attending a circumcision session when an altercation erupted, killing a man named Ken Ngure, 33, after being slapped.
He was brought to the hospital and confirmed dead upon arrival following the Saturday evening incident.
The body was sent to the mortuary pending autopsy and investigation.
Police are seeking the suspect in the saga who fled the scene.
In another case, a 25-year-old lady was discovered dead following a suspected murder in Ndori, Siaya County.
Police are also investigating whether the woman was sexually molested on Saturday, December 6.
Her body was located in a residence in a supine position, with evidence of struggle.
Police stated a suspect had been arrested in connection with the homicide. Police want to know if he acted alone or if there were others involved in the incident.

A kitchen knife and her clothing were discovered in the house. The body was taken to the mortuary for an autopsy and other procedures.
Police claim murders have been on the rise in the area, despite efforts to investigate them.
According to investigations, the majority of the events involve love triangles and land disputes.
Some of the incidents are pending in court so far.
