Ruto’s Aide Urges Seth Panyako To Work With Ndakwa

Farouk Kibet, President William Ruto’s advisor, has urged DAP-K candidate Seth Panyako to set aside campaign disputes.

He encouraged Panyaki to collaborate with Malava MP-elect David Ndakwa for the benefit of the constituency’s growth.

Kibet, who played a key role in activating UDA grassroots networks during the campaigns, hailed God and Malava locals for their hard-won win.

“Fanyia watu wa Malava kazi, wale walikupigia na wale hawakukupigia (Serve the people of Malava, those who voted for you and those who didn’t),” he told Ndakwa.

Speaking after Ndakwa was proclaimed the victor of the by-election, Kibet thanked voters for turning out in huge numbers and selecting a leader who he described as dedicated, humble, and ready to work.

Kibet turned to Panyako and issued an open call for unity and cooperation.

“Sahau ile maneno ingine, jenga Malava…tutaftie yeye kazi (Loosely translates to: Forget the other issues, focus on building Malava… and help us find him a job),” he said.

He also noted that elections were now over and the priority should be rebuilding trust and accelerating development.

He stated that he would personally persuade President Ruto to consider Panyako for a cabinet position.

“I will talk to the president to find him a job in government,” he assured, saying Panyako’s experience and commitment to public service should not go to waste.

Kibet praised the residents of Malava for being peaceful throughout the heated campaign period, saying their maturity demonstrated the constituency’s readiness for issue-based politics.

He stated that the success was due to the efforts of UDA’s local leadership, campaign volunteers, and community elders who rallied behind Ndakwa after the party primaries.

He praised Ndakwa for waging a disciplined, focused, and courteous campaign, noting that the MP-elect had earned widespread trust by committing to prioritize continuity, unity, and service delivery.

Kibet also urged citizens to fully support Ndakwa as he begins his term, emphasizing that progress could only be achieved via collaborative effort.

He encouraged the newly elected MP to get to work right away and solve major campaign priorities such as roads, education, healthcare, and youth empowerment.
