Kenyan Dies In The U.S THREE Years After Parents Were Murdered
A Kenyan-American based in the U.S. died this week in a grisly accident, barely three years after the death of his parents in questionable circumstances in Nyamira.
According to the Minnesota Motorcycle Safety Centre and the Minnesota State Patrol, Joseph Nyagechi Morema died in a motorcycle crash in Eagan, Minnesota, on April 21.
Police say the accident occurred at around 9:35pm as he was driving a Suzuki southbound on Interstate 35E just south of Minnesota 77 in Eagan.

Preliminary investigations indicate that his motorcycle went into “gravel and dirt”, leading him to lose control of his motorcycle.
“The rider lost control of the bike and was thrown off,” the State Patrol is quoted as saying by the Twin Cities Pioneer Press.
Morema died at the scene, and police do not suspect he was under the influence of alcohol.
The 29-year-old lived in Burnsville and is said to have been wearing his helmet at the time of the crash.
Morema was the son of Edward Morema Nyagechi, 63, and Grace Mong’ina Morema, 60, who were both slain in their home in Nyamakoroto village, Nyamira County, on March 21, 2023.

The couple, who were permanent residents of Ramsey, Minnesota, had been visiting their native country when they were discovered with their hands and feet bound.
Police reported that both victims suffered deep cuts to their necks and blunt force trauma, signs of a brutal struggle that shocked the local community and the Kenyan diaspora in the U.S.
The killings triggered a high-profile investigation as the family, including their son Morema, pleaded with both Kenyan police and the U.S. State Department for justice.
Despite several persons of interest being questioned, including workers at the couple’s Kenyan estate, the motive behind the double homicide remained a focal point of intense speculation and grief.
