[VIDEO] Pastor Rebukes Vocal Rift Valley MP, Tells Him Off To His Face
A video emerged of West Pokot Member of Parliament David Pkosing being lectured by a pastor after disrupting a church service in his area, which sparked outrage on social media.
In now viral video footage, the legislator is seen arriving at the church function, escorted by female dancers dressed in traditional and modern attire and singing.
According to the footage, the dances disrupted the church service that was already in progress, causing the pastor in charge of the ceremony to take action.
“I want the MP (Pkosing) to know that even as he comes, there is God and he is not in any way greater than God,” the pastor interjected to the surprise of the congregation.
“The honourable member should learn to come to the meetings early. We do not want leaders coming late and interfering with the church,” he added.
So Pokot South MP David Pkosing came to an event with women dancing WHILE the pastor was preaching na he didn't have an iota of SHAME?

The priest kept scolding the legislator, encouraging him to respect God before he began speaking in the local dialect.
“Are you more than God? That is a mistake and if you know that you are a leader, come earlier. We are preaching yet you interfere with divine circumstances,” the agitated pastor added.
This occurred as Pkosing removed the traditional trademark hat he had worn while bowing before the pastor as a show of respect.
Moments before the preacher began his teachings, a man in a suit came in to obstruct the MP and his dancers, warning them that a church service was already starting.
However, it remained unclear if the legislator had been invited to the event or was simply gatecrashing.

The scenario unfolded as Pkosing and his entourage stood in surprise as the situation became increasingly tense.
The drama unfolded in response to a backlash against the administration by the Catholic and Anglican churches.
Over the last week, the church has accused the government of encouraging a culture of ‘disrespect’.
The Catholic Church, for instance, rejected a Ksh5.8 million contribution, for which they had received Ksh2.8. million donated by President Ruto during a service on Sunday.
