“Piny Luo Cultural Festival is today honoured to host H.E President William Ruto and H.E President Yoweri Museveni at Got Ramogi. We thank them for creating time to celebrate our culture,” Raila said in a statement on X.

Raila further stated that Ker Odungi Randa utilized this occasion to establish the two presidents as Luo elders.

President Ruto declared that the government would hand up significant freebies to Nyanza County inhabitants.

Among the notable gifts was the recognition of Nyang’oma Technical College’s Ramogi institution as an independent institution.

According to Ruto, elevating the institution will assist in preserving the Luo community’s rich cultural history by allowing students to learn from it.
