993 Job Openings Announced By NYS To Australia
The National Youth Service has announced at least 993 job openings in Australia for graduates.
NYS stated on X that the open vacancies are for a variety of positions.

“Dear esteemed National Youth Service graduates. We are delighted to share with you exciting career openings in Australia that we highly recommend to you,” the statement read.
Some of the positions include 120 light vehicle mechanics, 100 diesel mechanics, 50-panel beaters, and 38 auto glaziers (window fitters).
NYS needs 115 motor vehicle electricians, 50 fitter machinists, 130 painters, and 200 construction carpenters.
NYS also announced 190 openings for ceramic wall and floor tilers.
The youth agency advised Kenyans to seek additional information about the job requirements.
They included duties and responsibilities, terms and conditions, and instructions for expressing interest by scanning a QR code found on the NYS website for the job opening.
The National Youth Service was established as part of Kenya’s transition from colony to nation-state.
Notably, NYS was initially established to support and resettle young Kenyans who had suffered as a result of the independence struggle.
The agency was also tasked with training young men and women to serve the nation, as well as deploying service members to national-level tasks and service.
