Puzzle: Wanted Murder Suspect Resurfaces, Stabs Man to Death And Vanishes
A community in Emurua Dikir, Narok County, is in shock and panic when a wanted assassin who had been missing for months emerged and assaulted his neighbour, killing him.
According to witnesses who talked with the press on Saturday, the missing man was on a police wanted list for similar acts.
The assassin allegedly reappeared and stabbed his neighbor, a disabled man, 16 times in his store, killing him instantly before disappearing into a nearby forest.
Residents who responded to the victim’s rescue reported that he had been stabbed 16 times in the skull. Unfortunately, he nearly escaped following the tragedy.
Meshack Cheruiyot, the suspect who had been hiding, is said to have committed the cold-blooded murder with a sharp knife.

The reason for the attack has not yet been determined. However, residents claimed the guy had previously done a similar offense.
Witnesses further stated that the deceased, aged 42, was caught off guard while at a pool table shop. The perpetrator is thought to have sneaked into the victim’s establishment before stabbing him.
“He did not see the suspect coming. He stealthily walked and stabbed the suspect so we are asking for security agents to ensure they track the main suspect who is currently at large,” one witness said
The event has since created widespread dread in the calm community, with the assailant heard ranting about how he planned to lay another ambush on people.
The family of the long-buried victim is now demanding justice for their loved one, blaming security forces for delaying investigations and failing to apprehend the primary suspect, who is still free and posing a security threat to residents.
Following the horrible crime, people have expressed their worry, citing the sluggish investigation into the case.

“In this village, we are living in fear because we don’t know where he is, we don’t know what his plans are and we have heard he has a number of guys he wants to kill as well,” added another.
Even though their loved one has been buried, the victim’s family members have blamed the police for being slow to investigate the event, which occurred roughly three weeks ago in Emuur Dikir.
“I want to ask our government to step in and hasten investigations, because the police in charge of the case are dragging the case, despite going there several times,” the victim’s father appealed.
The victim’s widow also regretted and urged investigators to bring justice. “I was now left with young children, we used to depend on him as the breadwinner of the family,” according to her.
