Internet sensational Racheal Otuoma is mourning the unexpected death of her husband, Ezekiel Otuoma, hours after making a wish during her birthday celebration.
In a viral video, Racheal, who was enjoying her birthday on Friday night, December 20, 2024, expressed her excitement in asking God to heal Ezekiel.
Racheal is shown holding a black birthday cake with dollar bills inscribed on top and candle lights, wishing for her husband’s full recovery before blowing out the candles.
“I just want to make a wish before nipulize(I blow off the candle) I want to make a wish, my wish is to see my hubby on his feet again I just wish that God atu grand tu hiyo healing that is the only wish am praying for healing for my hubby,” she wished.
Former Muhoroni Youth FC, Ulinzi Stars FC, AFC Leopards, FC Talanta, Ushuru FC and Western Stima forward Ezekiel Otuoma has sadly passed away.

Otuoma succumbed to motor neurone disease, which he had been battling for several years, leaving him confined to a wheelchair.

Taking to her TikTok account, his wife Racheal Otuoma on Saturday, December 21, 2024, while announcing the devastating news penned a moving message following her husband’s demise, recounting their fond memories.
“To my Husband. You left a hole in my heart that no one else can fill the emptiness in my arms reminds me of the love we shared your love was a gift and I’ll cherish it always,it will never be the same without you by my side,“ Racheal announced.
“Though it was soo soon that really broke my heart you left on my birthday it will never be the same again, you never said I am leaving or even showed a sigh you never said goodbye in life I loved you dearly in death I love you still in my heart you hold a place that only you can fill IT broke my heart to lose you but you didn’t go alone a part of me went with you meet again.”
