Oscar Sudi Awarded Honorary Doctorate Degree By Eldoret-Based University
Kapsaret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree by an Eldoret-based university.
Sudi received an Honorary Doctorate in Leadership, Administration, and Management from Northwestern Christian University on Saturday during the institution’s ongoing graduation ceremony at Eldoret National Polytechnic.
Sudi expressed her sincere thanks for the accolade in a statement on X, recognizing education’s transforming impact.
“I am deeply honoured to receive an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership, Administration, and Management from Northwestern Christian University at The Eldoret National Polytechnic,” said Sudi.
“This recognition underscores the limitless nature of education – it truly has no limits.”

Furthermore, Sudi congratulated the institution’s 2024 graduating class.
“To this year’s graduates, congratulations on this remarkable milestone. May your journeys ahead be impactful and inspiring,” he said.
He emphasized the need for leaders and all Kenyans to have the ability to assist the least fortunate in society, particularly during the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
Sudi received an honorary degree from top university officials, led by the country director, Professor Ezine Enos.
Sirisia MP John Waluke had a similar degree in Leadership Administration and Management.

Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa was also scheduled to get a similar degree, but he was not there.
Professor Enos stated that the decision to give the degrees was in acknowledgment of the recipients’ efforts and roles in public service.
“Their leadership qualities and capacities are well known and as a university, we decided to honour them to recognize what they have been doing,” Enos said.
Nominated MP Joseph Wainaina, who received a similar degree from the university last year was also present along with Likuyani MP Innocent Mugabe.
