Butcher Cuts Off Man’s Genitals Over Ksh.50 Debt
On Friday, a man allegedly amputated another guy’s genitals over a Ksh 50 debt, prompting irate villagers in Kutus town, Kirinyaga County, to seek justice.
On Thursday evening, the victim, who is presently getting treatment at Kerugoya Referral Hospital, reportedly confronted a local butcher about the unpaid sum.
According to eyewitnesses, the businessman pulled the victim into his shop during the altercation and then mutilated him.

The victim, identified as 'Muthii' is said to be in critical condition at Kerugoya Referral Hospital.

Anthony Njora, a neighborhood resident, described how the injured man, Muthii, stumbled to his business, bleeding profusely, before fainting.
His employer immediately requested that he be transported to the nearest dispensary for first help.

He was eventually taken to Kerugoya Referral Hospital, where he is currently struggling for his life.

Residents were outraged by the horrible incident and warned to take action if the perpetrator was not arrested.
The rising tension compelled police officers to fire into the air to disperse the irate gathering.
Authorities have subsequently opened an investigation into the incident.
