KMTC Issues Directive To Graduates Ahead Of Kasarani Ceremony
The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has announced that certificates for 2025 graduates will be ready for collection by the second half of December.
In a notice sent on Monday, November 12, the Institution’s Chief Executive Officer, Kelly Oluoch, stated that graduates can pick up their certificates from Monday, December 8, to Wednesday, December 17, at the KMTC headquarters in Nairobi.
“The certificates will be available for collection from the KMTC Headquarters, Nairobi, from Monday, December 8 to Wednesday, 17, 2025 (9am-4pm) on weekdays only, upon clearance with the college,” The notice read.
According to the college, the 2025 graduation ceremony will take place on Thursday, December 4, at the Moi International Sports Centre in Kasarani.
KMTC has 96 campuses and satellite campuses throughout the country.
These institutions, spread across 45 counties, serve nearly 60,000 students pursuing various medical-related degrees.
This year, the college anticipates releasing nearly 20,000 students into the job market following the 94th graduation ceremony.
The November 14, 2025, deadline for verifying details and paying graduation fees is only a few days away.

The college has asked students who are expected to graduate to verify all relevant details and pay their graduation fees by Friday, November 14.
“KMTC is pleased to inform graduating students and stakeholders that the 94th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025,” the notice from the college said.
“The venue is the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, Nairobi, starting at 08.00 am. The theme for this year’s graduation is: Promoting Health and Saving Lives.”
“Graduating students are required to pay a non-refundable graduation fee of Ksh4,000 through the Jiunge platform. A guide to accessing this platform is available on the College website,” it added.
Additionally, graduating students have been pushed to pay their tuition fees.

To receive the graduating gown, they must first obtain a clearance form from their campus, as well as a receipt for the graduation cost and their national ID form.
“Graduands planning to participate in the ceremony must adorn the graduation gown,” the notice read.
“The gowns will be available for collection from the KMTC Headquarters, Nairobi, from Monday, November 17 to Friday, 28, 2025, between 9.00am and 4:00pm, on weekdays only.”
“The graduation gowns should be returned to the College before 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Late return will attract a penalty of Ksh100 per day,” it added.
