NTSA Announces New Vehicle Transfer Process, Reduces Waiting Time
The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has announced reforms to the motor vehicle transfer system.
The modifications enable motorists to access services online as part of attempts to digitize services and shorten wait times.
In a notice issued on Thursday, July 16, the authority stated that the waiting period for the transfer process is now only one day, emphasizing speedier processing, fewer queues, and a more convenient experience for vehicle owners.
According to the government, vehicle transfer services are now available online, urging drivers to apply using the official platform rather than visiting offices.
