Ruto, Raila Sign MOU For Collaboration Of Kenya Kwanza and ODM
Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding with President William Ruto, bringing the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) into the Kenya Kwanza administration.
The deal was unveiled on Friday afternoon at a gathering attended by several high-profile leaders, including Kenya Kwanza-affiliated party representatives and the ODM party.
Among the important agreements made by the two leaders is the complete execution of the National Dialogue Committee (NADCO) report.

The report focuses on youth unemployment and the complete application of the two-thirds gender rule.
Second, Ruto and Raila committed to promoting inclusivity among Kenyans, regardless of faith.
According to the leaders, enhancing inclusivity will improve opportunities for all Kenyans in public appointments.

According to ODM Secretary-General Edwin Sifuna, Raila and Ruto also agreed to promote leadership and integrity.

Primarily, to curb the opulence of leaders and providing a legal framework to address conflicts of interest within government institutions.
The two leaders also signed an agreement to protect and promote the rule of law and uphold constitutionalism.
The latest development comes a day after the former prime minister concluded his two-week consultative tour across the country as he sought Kenyans’ input on his next political move.
