CS Wandayi Claims Luos, Luhyas Firmly Support Broad-Based Gov’t
According to Energy and Petroleum Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi, Kenya’s development trajectory has been boosted by the inclusion of the opposition in the government.
Wandayi stated that the country will progress if all leaders support a broad-based government.
“For any country to attain meaningful development, unity, peace and stability are critical and that is what guided President William Ruto’s decision to form an inclusive government,” he said.
He stated that the Western and Luo Nyanza regions would continue to collaborate under the unity government for prosperity.
He spoke at the Lunakwe grounds during the Bumula Energy Centre and Transformer Maximisation projects’ groundbreaking ceremony in Bungoma County.
