Infotrak Poll Reveals Devastating Stats About Kenyans During This Christmas
Due to financial constraints, the vast majority of Kenyans will be unable to celebrate Christmas.
According to a recent poll conducted by pollster Infotrak, 86% of Kenyans surveyed stated they couldn’t afford Christmas bills.

Nairobi has 100%, whereas Nyanza has 80%, Western has 91%, Rift Valley has 83%, Central has 91%, Eastern has 90%, and North Eastern has 41%.
Infotrak adds that 89% of these are men and 83% are women.

Another 10% stated that they had no interest in enjoying the holiday season, 6% said they will be working, and 2% indicated they are Muslims.

The pollster also stated that 63% of survey participants plan to spend time with their families, 28% will attend church, 27% will spend time with friends, and 15% will stay at home.
Another 11% will go on vacation, 5% will party and drink, and 4% will visit the sick or children’s homes.
60% of the interviewees also stated that they will not celebrate the season as much as they have in the past.
The survey, performed on December 20, 2024, included all 47 counties and 8 regions of Kenya.
