KNEC Announces March 2025 Exam Results, Issues Notice To Parents
The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has officially announced the results of the March 2025 Business and Technical exams.
In a circular released on Thursday and signed by KNEC Chief Executive Officer David Njengere, the council urged all heads of institutions that offered the examinations to collect the results from Mitihani House’s South C offices.
According to the announcement, institutional leaders can collect the findings during official working hours, which are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
“The Kenya National Examinations Council wishes to inform all Heads of Institutions that offered candidates for the March 2025 Business and Technical examinations that the results are officially released and ready for collection,” read part of the circular.

KNEC was adamant that only institutions that had cleared their examination fee arrears would be permitted to collect the results.
“Institutions with examination fee arrears are expected to clear before the collection of the results. Penalties will apply for those institutions that do not comply,” Njengere stated.
In addition, KNEC advised school principals to verify their pupils’ results and report any irregularities within a certain time range to avoid fines.
All result-related inquiries must be made online through the heads of institutions and submitted to KNEC within thirty (30) days of release.
KNEC cautioned that queries submitted after August 22, 2025, will result in a Ksh5,000 penalty for each case raised after the deadline.
